Should hospitals become overwhelmed with coronavirus cases, the Colorado Convention Center will become an overflow medical center.

A new video shows the construction at the Colorado Convention Center is moving along, as plans remain in place to use the space as a temporary field hospital should the occasion arise. 

The Army Corps of Engineers has its members setting up hospital beds at the convention center.

In addition to the Colorado Convention Center getting transformed into a field hospital, the Ranch in Loveland has been modified as well. Both temporary field hospitals are set to go into operation in May.
