The internet couldn't get enough of the wild shenanigans at Yellowstone this year.

In case you didn't know, 2020 has been a crazy year—especially at Yellowstone National Park. Several videos posted throughout the year saw various animals—bears, bison, and humans alike—fighting over elk meat, getting both gored and chased, and everything else in between. We can truly say that 2020 was the year of bears, bison, and buffoons.

Check out the various videos linked below to see exactly what we mean!

Then, in May, a family visiting Yellowstone happened to capture an intense fight between a bear and bison! The footage is truly remarkable. Viewer discretion advised.

The following month a 72-year-old woman was caught provoking a bison just moments before it gored her. Some words of advice? Don't feed or touch wildlife, ever. Viewer discretion advised.

In July, another woman had an encounter with a bison. She tried running away but ended up tripping while fleeing the large animal that was charging towards her. Onlookers encouraged her to "play dead," and thank goodness she did.

As August rolled around, mating season was in full swing for bison in Yellowstone. And thus, the animals would be more, well ... frisky. That was the case when this bison headbutted a car and popped one of its tires.

Come September, it was time for the bears to join in and have some fun. A bear was seen attacking and then killing a bull elk in the Yellowstone River. Viewer discretion advised.

A week later, we got a follow-up to the bear-elk drama when another bear wanted in on the action. The two grizzly bears can be seen fighting over the carcass.

THEN, we found out that this bear-versus-elk saga continued when a video showed the initial grizzly dragging the elk carcass farther up onto the riverbank. Viewer discretion advised.

Finally, in October, we came across a video of a pack of wolves surrounding a massive grizzly bear at Yellowstone. We have no idea what happens to the bear or the wolf pack.

And that's all, folks—at least for now. We can only imagine what other wild videos will be coming out the remainder of the year into next. There's truly never a dull moment at Yellowstone National Park, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
