Fans of the series rejoiced at the news when it was unveiled at the first-ever WitcherCon. The show's stars and creators were on hand to field questions and meet their viewers online at the virtual convention.

Henry Cavill starring as Geralt of Rivia is by far one of the series' main draws. Yennefer, played by Anya Chalotra, is another fan favorite with her transformative, brooding storyline. Almost two years after the debut of the first season on Netflix, the fantasy series is back to provide an escape to the mythical land known simply as "The Continent."
