The second annual Benefit Bash will be held in November, with all proceeds going to A Precious Child.

Created by FOX31 Meteorologist Kylie Bearse, Approachable Outdoors is a hiking resource website focused on encouraging people to get outside and "enjoy the positive benefits of nature." Recently, Approachable Outdoors announced its second annual Benefit Bash fundraising event in partnership with TAG Restaurant Group's Chef Troy Guard.

The fundraiser will have Approachable Outdoors merch, including hoodies and beanies, available for purchase, with all proceeds going to A Precious Child, a nonprofit dedicated to assisting children and families who suffer from abuse, neglect, crisis, and poverty.

"I started Approachable Outdoors because getting outside and hiking has been so beneficial for my mental health and I wanted others to feel empowered to hit the trails," said Bearse in a press release. "It was important for Approachable Outdoors to have a positive impact on our community, which is why for the second year we're raising money for A Precious Child with our fall collection and Benefit Bash. As a Meteorologist, I've been a 'Celebrity Ambassador' for A Precious Child for four years and I'm continually impressed by the work they do for Colorado families."

The Benefit Bash will be held at Chef Troy Guard's Los Chingones in RiNo in November.

“At TAG, we’re always looking for ways to give back to the Denver community," says Guard. "When Kylie approached me about hosting this year’s fundraiser, it was a no-brainer that we wanted to contribute and help two amazing organizations in Approachable Outdoors and A Precious Child."

Tickets for the Benefit Bash are available online for $25 each. However, tickets will be $30 at the door on the day of the event. Tickets include one Los Cocktail, appetizers from Chef Guard, and the opportunity to donate to A Precious Child through the evening’s raffle and the purchase of Approachable Outdoors merch.
