The halls will be decked and cider will be served to visitors who come out for the 39th annual parlor tour.

For the 39th year in a row, the Old Southwest Holiday Parlor Tour in Roanoke will be a destination spot for history buffs and Christmas fans alike. And if you're both? Well, buckle in, because this ride is about to get wild.

Start out at the Alexander-Gish House with some holiday treats, then view nine beautifully decorated homes along the tour. Admire the timeless architecture, and get some holiday decor inspiration!

This annual fundraiser goes toward the upkeep of the historic Alexander-Gish house and also helps local nonprofits who do good work in the Roanoke community. If the walking route is a bit much for you, a shuttle service will be available during the tours as well.
