According to reports on Wednesday morning, Joe Flacco has been traded to Denver.
The Baltimore Ravens have come to an agreement in principle to trade Joe Flacco to the Denver Broncos.
News of the trade was first broken by Adam Schefter via Twitter:
Breaking: Baltimore has agreement in principle to trade former Super Bowl MVP Joe Flacco to the Broncos, league sources told ESPN.

Trade cannot be processed until new NFL league year begins Wednesday, March 13. Teams prohibited from commenting on deal or terms surrounding it.

However, please bear in mind that the trade cannot be processed until March 13. And the teams are prohibited from commenting on the deal or the terms surrounding it.
