The now-retired outside linebacker is about to show off his dance moves as he performs on the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars.

DeMarcus Ware retired from the NFL after helping get the Broncos a Super Bowl 50 victory. And how is he spending his downtime? Competing on Dancing with the Stars, of course!

Ware announced via Instagram that he's been named as a contestant in the show's 27th season, dancing alongside Lindsay Arnold. Other celebrity stars include The Bachelorette's "Grocery Store Joe" Amabile, The Dukes of Hazzard 's John Schneider, and Harry Potter's Evanna Lynch, among others.

This season of Dancing with the Stars begins on September 24.

We'll be cheering D-Ware on as he represents Broncos Country! Hopefully, he doesn't (pass) rush things ... Get it? Maybe Von Miller can give Ware some tips, seeing as he competed in the reality competition show's 22nd season in 2016.
