On Wednesday, the Colorado Rockies announced that they have signed former pitcher Ubaldo Jiménez to a minor-league contract, which includes an invitation to this year's spring training.

As a Rockie, Jiménez had a 3.66 ERA with 773 strikeouts. He ranks 2nd in franchise history in strikeouts and 5th in wins, games started and innings pitched. He also threw the club’s only no-hitter. pic.twitter.com/JREjNosni0
Jiménez previously pitched for the Rockies from 2006-2011, before joining the Cleveland Indians and Baltimore Orioles. He last pitched in the major league three years ago, and now he's ready to make his comeback! The right-handed pitcher threw the only no-hitter in Rockies' history back in 2010 (see below).
