Old Major in Denver celebrates doing things differently, and only serves humanely-raised meats.

Located in the Denver Highlands, Old Major is part of the Brunson & Co., which is a collection of restaurants owned by Executive Chef Justin Brunson that are "dedicated to house-made and locally sourced ingredients," according to the website.

Old Major serves up meats, seafood, and has one of the best happy hours in the Denver area. Plus, its nose-to-tail butchery program is one to pay attention to, as all of its meats come from humanely-raised meats from Colorado farms.
