And now, BusinessDen is reporting that In-N-Out purchased the real estate for the new location on April 28. The site of the future In-N-Out is occupied by a former TGI Fridays at 14150 E. Alameda Ave. The property cost $2.3 million and was sold by Kentucky BC LLC.
An opening date has not yet announced just yet, but we can hope to see one soon since they've closed a deal!
In addition to the Aurora location, there are also plans to open In-N-Out restaurants in Colorado Springs, Lone Tree, Lakewood, and Fort Collins.
