Jason McGovern, the owner of Crush Pizza + Tap, helped us put together this list of 10 amazing pizza restaurants.

Our Community Now sat down with the man who went on a personal crusade to eat at a different local pizza joint every day for six months. It's safe to say that Mr. McGovern is living the pizza-lover's dream. Aside from his own fantastic pizza restaurant that serves Sicilian, deep dish, hand-tossed pies, and a wide assortment of local brews, these pizza restaurants made the grade:

Cart-Driver – Downtown Denver

Hands-down the best quality pizza around, especially their Neapolitan pizza. From the perfectly charred dough to the right amount of cheese and sauce, to the super high-quality ingredients, Cart-Driver is at the top of the list. For more information, click here.

Panhandler's Pizza – Fort Collins

We know, we know, it's in Fort Collins but their deep-dish deserved a spot on the list! Panhandler's buttery crust is worth the drive and wait, as deep-dish usually takes about 30 mins or so to bake. But don't panic, 'cause that sweet sauce and cheese will melt in your mouth and melt your heart. Visit Panhandler's website for more info.

Big Bill's N.Y. Pizza – Centennial

Big Bill's may be home to the most authentic New York-style pizza around. The guy making the pizza is taking the orders and making change for customers. It's New York-themed with an old-school pizzeria vibe. For more info, visit Big Bill's website.

Audrey Jane’s Pizza Garage – Boulder

A family-owned and operated pizza parlor in Boulder, Audrey Jane's Pizza Garage focuses on fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. Best slice in Colorado! For more, visit Pizza Garage's website.

Osteria Marco – Denver

Like Cart-Driver, Osteria Marco's close-to-classic Neapolitan style pizza is a must! But the restaurant has a ton of options to choose from, especially if someone isn't in the mood for pizza. Click here for more information.
