It's complete with an indoor-outdoor pool and so much more!

A Golden, Colorado, mansion owned by Perry Odak—the former CEO of ice cream maker Ben and Jerry’s—is on the market for $5.5 million. It's clear to see that the ice cream business has been kind to Odak, as this is one of the three homes he owns. Odak is downsizing and has listed the 13,919-square-foot retreat with Jonathan Dantron of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty.

The home is located about 15 minutes away from Boulder in the Bear Tooth Ranch subdivision and sits on a 35-acre estate. This spacious home is open and airy with tons of floor-to-ceiling windows, cathedral ceilings, and just about every luxury one could want. The interior features natural wood detailing throughout, hardwood flooring, and beautiful stone terraces on the exterior to enjoy the outdoors.

Constructed in 1999 by a local contactor, it was sold to Odak in 2001. Newer features were then added, including the pool in the foyer. There are also four fireplaces and a wood stove.

The home has eight bedrooms, two of which are master suites; 10 full bathrooms; a separate guest house; a chef’s kitchen; a temperature-controlled wine cellar; a private gym; an indoor basketball court; and an amazing indoor-outdoor saltwater pool.
