Celebrate the historic landing on Mars with a limited edition doughnut designed after the Red Planet itself.
Krispy Kreme pulled no punches in designing this particular offering. The Mars doughnut will be filled with "chocolate kreme," topped with caramel, given a red swirl, and dusted with cookie crumbs. Act fast though; this special treat is only available on Thursday, February 18.
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) launched the Perseverance rover last year, tasking it with landing on Mars to take samples and make recordings of the landscape as it searches for signs of microbial life. The release of these special doughnuts is set to coincide with the landing date of the rover on Mars.
