For the first time ever, Build-A-Bear is offering parents the chance to get their little ones those coveted stuffed animals for the price of their kids' age!

Only on Thursday, July 12, you'll be able to pay your age for ANY furry friend at Build-A-Bear!

Called Pay Your Age Day, customers that enter the store in person will have the opportunity to pay the dollar amount of their age for any Make-Your-Own animal, including the popular Star Wars and Trolls characters. So if you have a five-year-old, you'll only have to pay $5. Got a two-year-old? Only $2. You get the idea. (The minimum amount is $1.)

If you're like me, and you're wondering if grown-ups can take part in the one-day promotion, too, we've got some good news! Guests will not have to pay more than $29 for any stuffed animal in the store. So even if you're 40 years old, you'll only have to pay $29.

Pretty sweet, right? The one-day promotion is a great chance to give parents a break on pricing while also allowing them to treat their kiddos (or themselves). It's a win-win!

"We have overwhelming data that indicates Build-A-Bear is synonymous with childhood, and nearly one-third of our sales are associated with birthdays," said Sharon Price John, president and chief executive officer, Build-A-Bear Workshop, in a statement. “We ‘heart’ birthdays at Build-A-Bear, so we’re hosting the Pay Your Age Day to launch our year-round ‘Count Your Candles’ offer for Guests celebrating a birthday with us in stores—an experience we designed especially to commemorate birthdays in a memorable way."

In order to participate in this sweet deal, however, parents or guardians over the age of 18 must first enroll in Build-A-Bear's Bonus Club rewards program, which is free to sign up for. There's a limit of one stuffed animal per guest, and as long as you're a Bonus Club rewards member, every person in your group can participate in the promotion!

Please note that this Pay Your Age Day promotion can NOT be combined with any other offers or coupons. Any accessories and outfits must be purchased separately.
