The beer is brewed with cookies, vanilla ice cream, lactose, and sprinkles—just like we'd hope!
Earlier this year, we announced Dunakroos' grand return to grocery stores. Then, we shared that a Dunkaroos cereal is potentially in the works. And now, we're back to tell you that there's a Dunkaroos-flavored beer.
The unique craft beer was created in Fort Worth, Texas, at Martin House Brewing Company and brewed with cookies, vanilla ice cream, sprinkles, and lactose. The 8-percent ABV beverage is called "DunkAbroos," and it was released as an exclusive beer for the taproom, with one four-pack allowed per customer. Within two days, they were completely sold out.
"Thank you all for supporting us and drinking these crazy beers. We’re still going through all the comments and messages. We will make much more next time," the brewing company wrote on Instagram.
Martin House Brewing Co. hopes to bring it back to its taproom soon! But, for those of us not in Texas, we won't be able to taste the "cookie-filled" beer, which is a huge bummer. So, we're keeping our fingers crossed that it will become available at breweries and taphouses nationwide in the near future.
