Wonder Woman actress Gal Gadot doesn't just play a superhero on-screen. In full costume as the titular character, Gadot surprised staff and young patients at Inova Children's Hospital in Virginia.

Wonder Woman, indeed!

While filming the highly-anticipated sequel to the smash hit 2017 Wonder Woman film in Virginia and Washington, D.C., actress Gal Gadot took some time off from saving the world and made a surprise visit to the staff, young patients, and their families at Inova Children's Hospital in Falls Church over the weekend.

Director Patty Jenkins will be back at the helm for the sequel, and actor Chris Pine will make his grand return as Gadot's love interest, Steve Trevor. Kristin Wiig will also be joining the cast in the villain role, Cheetah. Wonder Woman 1984 is scheduled to hit theaters November 1, 2019.

Yep. Gal Gadot is pretty wonderful, don't you think?
