Leslie Jordan, a beloved actor and comedian, has died. He was 67.

Jordan was driving in Hollywood on Monday morning when he reportedly suffered a medical emergency and lost control of his car, crashing into the side of a building, reports say. He was pronounced dead at the scene, said the LA County coroner.

“The world is definitely a much darker place today without the love and light of Leslie Jordan. Not only was he a mega talent and joy to work with, but he provided an emotional sanctuary to the nation at one of its most difficult times. What he lacked in height he made up for in generosity and greatness as a son, brother, artist, comedian, partner and human being. Knowing that he has left the world at the height of both his professional and personal life is the only solace one can have today,” said Sarabeth Schedeen, Jordan’s talent agent, in a statement."

Known for his roles on TV shows like Will & Grace, Call Me Kat, American Horror Story, and The Cool Kids, among many others, Jordan was a bright and fun-filled spirit. He also had roles in various movies, including The Help and Ski Patrol.

More recently, Jordan became huge on social media during the pandemic after posting silly videos. His Instagram grew from 80,000 followers to 5.8 million because of it!
