Attention, shoppers! Amazon is giving customers the chance to get ahead on the early holiday shopping with a new sales event, Prime Big Deal Days. It'll be up there with Amazon's Prime Day in terms of price drops and items.

From October 10–11, Prime members will see deals dropping as often as every five minutes from a wide variety of top brands. In addition, you can expect to see deals on Amazon's own products, like Kindles, Echo Dots, and Fire TV Sticks.

It's important to note that Amazon Prime Big Deal Days is for Prime members only. If you don't have an Amazon Prime membership, sign up with a free 30-day trial.

Now, while this event is happening in October, it will not be the last chance for you to take advantage of Amazon's deals, as the online retailer will be hosting its annual Black Friday and Cyber Monday events in just a little more than a month. For those sales events, you'll likely see even bigger savings from even more retailers.
