Veterans, we salute you!

This Veterans Day, both veterans and active-duty military members all across the country can enjoy freebies and deals at various restaurants and businesses. We've listed those below, but be aware that many of the following establishments will require a military ID.

2022 Veterans Day Freebies and Deals:

Restaurants:

  • BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse: Current and former military members receive a free meal from a select menu on November 11. Dine-in only.
  • California Pizza Kitchen: Veterans and active-duty military receive a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage and a choice of one entrée from a special menu on November 11.
  • Chili's: Veterans and active-duty service members get a free meal from a select menu on November 11. Dine-in only.
  • Cicis Pizza: Active and retired military personnel get a free adult buffet on November 11. Dine-in only.
  • Cracker Barrel: A complimentary slice of Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake, in-store or online, on November 11. Use code VETSDAY22.
  • Fogo de Chão: Veterans and active-duty personnel get 50% off their meals on November 11. Plus, 10% off food for up to three guests.
  • Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers: Veterans and active military personnel will receive a free Freddy’s Original Double with Cheese combo meal card on November 11. It can be redeemed through November 30.
  • Hooters: Active-duty military and veterans get a free entrée from the Hooters Veterans Day Menu with the purchase of a drink on November 11. Dine-in only.
  • Red Lobster: Veterans, active-duty military, and reservists can get a free Walt's Favorite Shrimp, Fries, and Coleslaw on November 11. The offer is available for dine-in and to-go orders placed in-restaurant (valid between 11 a.m.–4 p.m. local time).
  • Starbucks: A free Tall (12-oz.) hot brewed or iced coffee for veterans, military service members, and military spouses on November 11.

Retail/Other Businesses:

  • Crunch Fitness: Veterans, active-duty military, and their families can work out for free from November 7–13. Plus, $0 enrollment and $3 off standard recurring dues on Peak Results.
  • Dollar General: Veterans, active-duty military, and their families can save 20% from November 10–13 on qualifying, in-store purchases.
  • Kohl’s: Veterans, active, and former military personnel, and their immediate families can get 30% off in-store purchases from November 11–13.
  • National Parks: Veterans will get free admission to all National Park Service sites that charge an entrance fee on November 11.
  • Sport Clips: Free haircuts to veterans and active-duty service members with valid proof of service on November 11. Participating locations vary.
  • Target: 10% military discount through November 12 to all active-duty military personnel, veterans, and their families.
  • Walgreens: Veterans, active-duty military, and their families can receive 20% off regular-price eligible store items at any Walgreens from November 11–14.
