It's gotta be aliens, right?

Three monoliths—similar to the ones seen in Utah, Romania, and California—have appeared in Colorado. According to local reports, one monolith was located in Chautauqua Park in South Boulder and the other was in front of McDevitt Taco Supply, also in South Boulder.

The origins of these mysterious monoliths are still unknown. However, one Colorado man, Bill Zempel, has said he's built the third one—this monolith is located near the Air and Space Port, near Mile High Aircraft Services, which Zempel owns and works as the lead mechanic.

“Yes, I built it. As a joke and attention-getter while the topic is fresh in people’s minds,” Zempel said. “We’re at the Space Port after all.”

He reportedly built it out of wood and metallic spray paint.
