The Wheat Ridge Police Department stated that the semi-truck fire is located at I-70 and Highway 58.
Eastbound lanes of I-70 have closed due to a semi-truck fire, according to reports by the Wheat Ridge Police Department (WRPD).
The WRPD tweeted about the highway closure around 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Traffic is being rerouted and the police department is encouraging drivers to avoid the area, if possible. The fire is located at I-70 and Highway 58, and Youngfield Street is also currently closed.

According to the police, fuel and hydraulic fluid spilled as a result of the crash. No injuries have been reported.
It's not known when the road will reopen.
