Two suspects are on the loose after fatally shooting a delivery driver during an armed robbery at a Manassas Denny's. PWC Police are asking for your help in identifying them.

At 2:25 a.m. on December 26, two young men entered the Denny's located at 8201 Sudley Road in Manassas. One was armed with a handgun, and the other had a baton. They ordered the patrons and employees inside to get on the floor, then hand over their wallets and cell phones.

In the midst of the robbery, a 34-year-old man was shot inside the restaurant despite his cooperation with their commands, and another man was fatally shot in the entryway. The deceased is a DoorDash delivery driver who had arrived at the restaurant to pick up an order. He has been identified as 56-year-old Yusuf Ozgur of Manassas. The suspects fled after shooting Ozgur, and a police K-9 unit was unable to locate them after a search of the area.

The FBI has stepped in to assist with the ongoing homicide investigation and a $10,000 reward is being offered for any information that leads to an arrest and conviction of the suspects.

From the police update, the description of the two suspects is: 

  • Two black males, late teens to early 20s, 5’10”-6’0”, 180 lbs.
  • Last seen wearing all black or dark-colored clothing
