Junior was born feral at Coors Field.

For years, feral cats have called Denver's Ballpark District home. But now, one cat born at Coors Field is being put up for adoption—a first for a Coors Field cat.

Named Junior, the 1-year-old cat is looking for his forever home. The only (known) survivor of a litter born to Socks—the star of the Twitter account Coors Field Cat—in April 2021, Junior has undergone months of socialization to make him suitable for a family home.

Junior is being put up for adoption through the Animal Rescue of the Rockies in Aurora.

"He's a bit of a project kitty for a very dedicated human," reads Junior's bio. "But once you win his trust he will love you and probably even demand that you pet him. He paws at his foster mom's hands when she stops petting him! The confident, playful cats in his foster home really helped him find his courage and discover the good things in life."

If you're interested in adopting Junior, you can contact the Animal Rescue of the Rockies.
