Justin Timberlake is saying "bye, bye, bye" to his music catalog.

Justin Timberlake has made a deal with Hipgnosis Song Management for his entire music catalog, which is worth an estimated $100 million, according to The Wall Street Journal.

The former *NSYNC member wrote or co-wrote approximately 200 songs, including "SexyBack" and "Can't Stop the Feeling."

"I am excited to be partnering with [Hipgnosis's CEO and founder] Merck [Mercuriadis] and Hipgnosis — he values artists and their creative work and has always been a strong supporter of songwriters and storytelling," Timberlake said in a statement. "I look forward to entering this next chapter."

Hipgnosis, which is backed by the private-equity firm Blackstone, was founded by former musician Merck Mercuriadis. The song management company had previously acquired songs from singer-songwriters like Neil Young, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and more.

Mercuriadis said in a statement, "Putting this deal together has been a complete labor of love. I'm delighted to welcome them all to the Hipgnosis Family. This is the beginning of what we believe will be an incredible relationship important to us all."
