Wordle is one of the biggest games to hit the internet in recent memory. Personally, I do my best to play Wordle every day (it doesn't always happen, mind you). But I always struggle with my starting word, as I know many do. It's what kicks off the daily puzzle challenge, so I want to make sure I'm giving myself the best possible chance. So, after much research and testing, I've put together this fool-proof list of starter words to help you improve your score and your overall Wordle strategy.

Now, my starting words may vary from others' suggestions, and that's okay. Some people change up their first word; others keep the same word. Everyone is different, and you've gotta find what works best for you! But, should you want to covet those two- or three-word guesses, I'd recommend using the following list:
