What to Expect

The fuzziest, friendliest alpacas around will be on hand for visits and photo ops. Kids will love petting these gentle giants. Head to the ring to watch the obstacle course and showmanship competitions on Saturday. Prizes are awarded to family farms for the best in show.

Farmers looking to add to their herds can find alpacas for sale on both days of the festival. Come and look for your next four-legged friend!

The shoppers in the family will love the arts and crafts marketplace. Handmade goods will be on display along with knitted items and thousands of skeins of hand-dyed yarn. This is also a great opportunity to buy fleece straight from the farm; you may even be able to meet the farmers that produced it! All in all, this festival has anything you could need to create some beautiful textiles and craft projects.
