May the 4th is quickly approaching. Are you ready? If not, we've got a list of fun events you can attend to celebrate your love for Star Wars!
Grab your lightsaber and your Jedi robes, climb aboard the Millennium Falcon, and prepare to make the jump into hyperspace! That's right, young padawans. It's Star Wars Day! And we've put together a list of various events happening in and around the Denver metro area that you don't wanna miss.
May the Fourth Brew Run
When: May 4 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
Where: Odyssey Beerwerks
Run along the Ralston Creek trail for this themed four-mile run, which will end with a huge Star Wars-themed afterparty. At the end of the run, you'll be able to enjoy various grub from a local food truck, live music, games, and more. Don't forget to come dressed to impress in your best Star Wars costume! Included with registration are run entry, as well as entry in the beer Olympic games, an Odyssey brew, and a custom pint glass and coaster set.
Star Wars at the Hangar
When: May 4 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Where: Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum
This family-friendly event is one you don't want to miss! Step into the expansive world of Star Wars and meet your favorite characters, hop on a speed bike, and so much more. Tickets will be sold at the door only. Click here for more information.
Spring Taproom Party
When: May 4 from 12-10 p.m.
Where: Crazy Mountain Brewery
Do you love beer? Do you love Star Wars? Combine your love for the two with this amazing event at Denver's Crazy Mountain Brewery. Enjoy a few brews as you watch your favorite film in the franchise and make sure you come dressed in your best Star Wars garb as there will be a costume contest. Star Wars-Themed Bar Crawl
When: May 4 from 4-2a
Where: Larmier Beer Hall
The first annual Star Wars-Themed Bar Crawl is coming to Denver. Come dressed in your Jedi best and get ready to enjoy some of the best drink specials in town! Make sure you purchase your wristband before the crawl begins because they're going fast! For more information, click here.
2019 ArtWar Party
When: May 4 from 8 p.m.-12 a.m.
Where: The Curtis Hotel
The venue will be transformed into a galaxy far, far away with Star Wars-themed artwork by local artists being display throughout. Various prints and other memorabilia will be available for purchase. Cosplay is also encouraged. Please note that it is $20 at the door, so register online for free while you can! (Registration is required for free admittance.)
