Just when you thought Restaurant Week couldn't get any better, they added takeout to the menu!

The annual Metropolitan Washington Summer Restaurant Week is back in full force, with a decidedly pandemic-proof plan. You can now get special RW takeout options from some of your favorite DMV restaurants in addition to their traditional prix fixe dine-in menus. Per-person lunch and brunch menus will be $22, and dinners $35-$55.

Just look at some of these great options:

If you want to dine in, that is always an option, too. Special Restaurant Week prices and mix-and-match menus make it easy to try new spots without putting too much of a dent in your wallet. Simply head to the official Restaurant Week website to find participating eateries and view their menus online.

Don't forget to check Twitter and Instagram accounts if the restaurant you chose doesn't have their menu up yet!

Don't forget to make reservations if you plan on dining in. Restaurant Week is always a popular event celebrating our local dining scene. With social distancing rules in place this year, spots are bound to be somewhat limited. Whatever you choose, this is a great way to support our local restaurants and hospitality workers.

Will you be heading out for Restaurant Week this year, or are you getting it to-go? Let us know in the comments where you managed to score reservations!
