All you have to do is head to the studio's website and register for your preferred class. On Thursdays, the class is from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. and on Fridays, class is from 5 to 5:45 p.m. A Zoom meeting and password will be sent to you so all you have to do is connect on class day.

Just to give you an idea of what to expect, check out this great video that some of the studio's dancers did out on the National Mall:

Don't worry if you don't have a traditional Bollywood outfit; you can dance in any comfortable clothes that you would wear to work out in. Clear space so you can really move around, and you probably want to stretch a little beforehand.

Bollywood dances are known for their fun, energetic flair, and the upbeat music is pretty much irresistible. Think Zumba, but with an Indian twist.

For more information about these free virtual classes, visit the studio's official website. You can also connect with Studio Dhoom on Facebook or watch their videos on YouTube.
