The Emmy Award-winning actress was 80.

Jessica Walter, best known for her role as Lucille Bluth in Arrested Development, has died. She was 80.

With a career spanning five decades, Walter acted in film, television, and the stage, from Play Misty for Me to Archer, Arrested Development, and many more. In 2011, she was cast in the Broadway revival of Anything Goes, which won several Tony Awards.

No cause of death has been released, at the time of this writing.

Walter is survived by her daughter, Brooke Bowman, and grandson, Micah Heymann.

In a statement to Deadline, Bowman said this about her mom:

"It is with a heavy heart that I confirm the passing of my beloved mom Jessica. A working actor for over six decades, her greatest pleasure was bringing joy to others through her storytelling both on-screen and off. While her legacy will live on through her body of work, she will also be remembered by many for her wit, class, and overall joie de vivre."
