Things to Do

All Things Cosplay
Come dressed as your favorite character, whether it be from a movie or television, a comic book, or video game. If you do decide to dress up, keep in mind the new prop and costume policies in place for this year.
"Denver Comic Con wants all attendees to have a fun and safe experience, and has put together these costume guidelines to help. These guidelines should be used for planning purposes only and are not all-inclusive."
[gallery type="rectangular" size="large" ids="32058,32057"] There's also the Cosplay Canyon, a place for all things cosplay. There will be vendors, a photo shoot stage, programming, and so much more. If you're into cosplay and the creativity (and hard work) that goes into making costumes, then this is the perfect place for you.
Artist Valley + Merchant Mesa
[caption id="attachment_32056" align="aligncenter" width="1199"]denver comic con Courtesy of DCC website[/caption] At Artist Valley, you can meet over 400 artists and writers! Between comic book creators, fine artists, and craftspeople, there's plenty of gorgeous art and prints for you to purchase. You can even get your prints signed by some of the artists. Merchant Mesa is very similar to Artist Valley, with hundreds of booths and tables for you to peruse the amazing memorabilia and other geeky trinkets.
Author Alley + Publisher Peak
If you're a fan of written work, swing by Author Alley and Publisher Peak, where you can meet some of the biggest names in fantasy, sci-fi, and YA literature. If you purchase a book in Publisher Peak, then head over to Author Alley and get it signed by the author!
PCC Kids Lab
[gallery type="rectangular" size="large" ids="32066,32064"] This huge space is dedicated solely to Pop Culture Classroom's Kids Lab and is where children and teens can create and listen to their favorite comic book artist or writer speak. There are plenty of fun activities for the young attendees to participate in, like an arts and experiment area.
Celebrity Summit
[gallery type="rectangular" size="large" ids="32065,32063,32061"] Denver Comic Con has already released the names of several big celebrity guests who will be attending this year, and there are plenty more to come. Celebrity Summit is the place to meet actors from your favorite sci-fi and fantasy movies, television shows, and animated series. Get autographs and a photo op together! Stay up-to-date on Denver Comic Con 2018 by visiting its website or Facebook page. Are you planning on attending DCC '18? Are you dressing up in cosplay? If so, who are you cosplaying as? I'll be dressing up as Rey from The Last Jedi and Lara Croft from Tomb Raider (2013 video game)!
