Celebrating rich Japanese heritage and culture, the 46th annual Cherry Blossom Festival returns to Sakura Square, June 23 and 24.
From drum performances -- a crowd favorite -- to martial arts demonstrations to a variety of delicious Japanese foods and everything in between, there's truly something for everyone at the 46th annual Cherry Blossom Festival. The free festival is all about engaging the community in the rich heritage and culture of Japan through live entertainment, food and drinks, exhibits and demonstrations, and a marketplace. And though it is free, we highly suggest you bring some cash for food/drinks and the marketplace.
I know my mouth is already salivating at the thought of the marinated teriyaki chicken, edamame, gyoza, and a variety of other authentic Japanese foods. Umbrellas, jewelry, fans, art pieces, and more will be available for purchase in the marketplace, which will include 30-plus vendors, so you'll have plenty of options!

Guests can also stop by the Tri-State/Denver Buddhist Temple to view gorgeous flower arrangements, or drop by the craft area to enjoy some fun activities for your kiddos.
The Cherry Blossom Festival is the largest fundraiser of the Tri-State/Denver Buddhist Temple and relies on volunteers for support. If you're interested in volunteering your time to the festival, fill out the submission form.
