If you want to see the Broncos in the 2018 season, then you better have your phone with you! Because paper tickets are no longer a viable form of entry.

This change from paper tickets to mobile tickets doesn't come as a shock since basically everything is available on our phones now, but it will definitely be an adjustment for some. It will affect single-game tickets and season tickets, so fans will not receive their tickets through the mail or be able to print them off at home. To access one's tickets, ticket holders must use the Broncos 365 app. And if you don't have a smart phone, call the Broncos' customer service for assistance.
It's being implemented in order to minimize fraud and counterfeit tickets. "Broncos fans have used mobile ticketing significantly over the last two seasons with more than 35 percent already accessing their tickets through this method," said Senior Vice President of Sale and Marketing Dennis More in a statement by the Broncos. "We look forward to all our ticket holders experiencing the benefits of mobile tickets and will work with our fans to make this a smooth transition." Some of these benefits include:
  • Quick and easy entrance to the stadium using a smart phone
  • Improved control and convenience by having the ability to manage, transfer or sell tickets at any time
  • Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets
In order to further help fans with this change, the Broncos' ticket office will be extending its hours in the weeks leading up to the preseason home opener. There will also be mobile ticketing aids around the stadium to help fans with any issues or questions. Read more information about the ticket change HERE.
