The Colfax Marathon is this weekend, and that means there will be a ton of road closures as runners hit the streets.

Use this comprehensive guide to make sure that you get to where you're going in a reasonable amount of time, without getting lost in the foot traffic (pun intended!) of the Colfax Marathon. More than 19,000 are expected to participate, so you can imagine how congested the roads are gonna be. Luckily for you (and us), organizers of the marathon have put together a comprehensive guide on what roads you should avoid and how to best navigate through the traffic this weekend! Below is a map overview of both courses and the half-marathon course as well as detailed maps for each event -- Half Marathon (blue) and Marathon (green). To best avoid delays, stay away from the areas (shaded in yellow) between 5:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Sunday, May 20. [gallery type="rectangular" size="large" ids="37185,37184,37183"]
