Forget the flowers. Forget the jewelry. Get your valentine what they really want this Valentine's Day: conversation heart candies.
CandyStore.com has released the most popular Valentine's Day candy by state, and for Colorado, apparently, we're really big fans of conversation hearts. So if you're looking to get your valentine something special this year, maybe consider conversation hearts? After all, there's no better way to declare your undying love for someone than with candy hearts that say "Be Mine" or "XOXO."
Of course, it doesn't come as a surprise that a heart-shaped box of chocolates came in second place on CandyStore's list because, come on, who doesn't like chocolate, especially on Valentine's Day?
Over the years, boxes of chocolate always came in first place for many states, but, for whatever reason, conversation hearts has dethroned the classic Valentine's Day candy this year.

Cupid corn ranked as the third most popular in Colorado. For those of you who don't know what cupid corn is, it's basically a Valentine's Day version of candy corn. And yes, it's a real thing. Instead of the classic yellow, orange and white colored candy, cupid corn is red, pink, and white.
