Thanks to Hurricane Rosa, Colorado will see more storms and showers in the coming week.
As Hurricane Rosa continues its trek from the Pacific Ocean and moves inland over the next few days, many parts of the southwest United States will see cooler and wetter weather, including Colorado.
Which means it's time to break out the umbrellas and rain boots.
Rainfall will range from a few tenths of an inch to two inches through Wednesday across the state. The rain is expected to stay around into the weekend with temps dropping to the 60s and low 70s.

A flash flood watch has also been put into effect for the Rockies, according to the National Weather Service. There's even a chance for the first freeze and snowfall of the season to hit the Front Range on Sunday and Monday.
So, basically, in a nutshell, it's going to be an unusually wet start to October for Colorado.
