Celebrity Guests and Artists

The guest list at this year's Colorado Springs Comic Con is impressive, to say the least. Between Daniel Logan (Star Wars), Jason David Frank (Power Rangers), Billy Boyd (The Lord of the Rings), and Brianna Hilderbrand (Deadpool), among others, there's so many to see and meet. And they're not even done releasing the celebrity guests yet -- there's plenty more to come closer to the convention. You'll even be able to take a professional photo with them and get their autographs (sold separately)!

Many artists will also be making appearances this year, including comic book creators, fine artists, and craftspeople. Plus, there will be plenty of gorgeous art and prints for you to purchase, and you can even get them signed by some of the artists! View the full list of artists.

Kids Con Zone

If you've got little ones, there's a designated area within the convention that's just for them. They'll be able to get their faces painted, do some coloring and other fun art activities, and more. Plus, on Sunday from 12 to 3 p.m., the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo will have a "Zoomobile" program. Click here for more information.

Cosplay

It wouldn't be a comic book convention without the cosplay! Come dressed as your favorite character, whether it be from a movie or television, a comic book, or video game. If you do decide to dress up, keep in mind the prop and costume policies in place for this year.

There will also be several cosplay contests held throughout the weekend, with participants being judged on workmanship/overall appearance and originality/stage presence. For more information on the contest, including how to enter and the competition rules, click here. Some special cosplay guests will be attending, too.

Are you planning on attending Colorado Springs Comic Con this year? Are you dressing up in cosplay? If so, who are you cosplaying as? I’ll be dressing up as Lara Croft from Tomb Raider (2013 video game), so if you see me don't hesitate to say hi! Also, let us know which celebrity guests you’re the most excited for!
