Folsom Field, home of the Colorado Buffaloes, has been ranked as the top Colorado stadium by Stadium Journey, coming in at No. 11 of 100.

Stadium Journey, an online publication that's dedicated to reviewing sports stadiums across the United States and Canada, has released its list of the top 100 stadiums based on overall experience in 2017. For Colorado, CU's Folsom Field clinched the No. 11 spot. It beat out the Rockies' Coors Field and the Broncos' yet-to-be-named field at Mile High, which ranked at No. 14 and 74 respectively. The list is comprised of major league baseball parks, basketball stadiums, soccer fields, and collegiate-level stadiums, among others. View the full top 100 list.
According to Stadium Journey, Folsom Field's prime location and atmosphere attributed to its high ranking. Plus, the tradition of having the Buffaloes run behind their live mascot, Ralphie, at the start of each half makes for a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
"The Flatirons rock formations sit just beyond the stadium's west-side seats and give Folsom Field a unique and breathtaking feel."

For instance, Coors Field gets moved up to the No. 7 slot for the MLB, instead of being No. 14 overall; Folsom Field snags the second place slot for College Football.
