Eleven Madison Park is one of the world's best restaurants, and it's coming to Aspen for a pop-up in December!

With a three-star Michelin rating, New York City's Eleven Madison Park holds the top spot on The World's 50 Best Restaurants list. And, get this -- it's coming to Aspen for a multi-month pop-up! Called the EMP Winter House -- a follow-up to the restaurant's EMP Summer House pop-up in the Hamptons -- the pop-up will be in Aspen from December 2018 to March 2019. It's also important to note that since Eleven Madison Park is partnering with American Express, guests at the EMP Winter House must use that specific credit in order to make a reservation and pay for a meal, or take their chances and bring cash.
Other details such as location, menu, and prices have yet to be announced. But Daniel Humm, co-owner and chef at Eleven Madison Park, posted on Instagram (below) that he will tap into his "Swiss roots for menu inspiration." https://www.instagram.com/p/Bfvp_uMl2y7/?taken-by=danielhumm "Sometimes, we do a fondue, and when it's almost gone, we crack in a couple of eggs and shave in black truffles. It's one of the most insane things," said Humm, a native of Switzerland. "I will insist we do that in Aspen." And co-owner Will Guidara said that "The vibe will be more or less Swiss, depending on the location." What do you think? Will you be checking out Eleven Madison Park's pop-up in Aspen this December?
