What's for Lunch?
After a few successful events, it became obvious Denver was lacking in great West Coast Mexican Style Catering. So we decided to jump into our new business with a brand new food trailer despite being open for only one month. We took a chance on ourselves since this has been something we visualized since our sisters were in college back east. We remembered them complaining about the lack of good Mexican food as they scarfed down a California burrito from our favorite Taco Shop. So the idea was burned into our minds when we were very young. Little did we know we were destined to be in this business.
